Mama's on Facebook

So my mother has a facebook page and I often find myself censoring her comments so that she doesn't put all of my business in the streets and this is seemingly a common problem for a lot of my friends these days. Well yesterday I witnessed the Ultimate Mama Facebook blunder in life! Basically one of my guy friends invited me to a Church that he had been invited to. It was going to be a surprise to one of his former co-workers/mentors and it was arranged through her college-aged daughter (through facebook of course). So when we get there, the daughter sees him and she smiles but I noticed that the corner of her lips turned a bit when she looked towards me showing some disappointment that he had brought along a friend. Kind of like a "Who dis here woman Harpo?" but with a smile. I guess he forgot to tell them that he was bringing someone and it showed on their faces. The service was great and they had a Mime team that did a liturgical depiction of There is a King in You by Donald Lawrence. My friendboy loved the song so much that he went home and found it on youtube and sent it as a facebook message to me, the mother, and the daughter. So of course Mama replies and she says...

"[Friend Boy],

It was great seeing you again after so long. Even though it was a big SHOCK, it was nice meeting your girlfriend. I was hoping that you where coming to church to meet my daughter. what a fool I/we was. You do know that [daughter's name]was finding you quite attractive & interesting. Take care!!!!!"

Damn! Mama Damn! She really put her girl out there! I laughed so hard because she didn't realize that when she replied that she was sending the message to all of us!!!

I really want to reply and say "It was nice meeting you too" but I'm going to let her daughter call her and tell her that she sent the message to all of us. Nice work Mama!!!
